Travellin’ With the TBU

Send in your pictures with a TBU hat or something TBU related such as a blank stare, a damn dubious sight, or something written in the picture like the foregoing or “you can’t pigeonhole me” or hell, be creative. Jessie Lou gets us started….

  1. Harmony says:

Great pics JL! I’ve been thinking of different ways to incorporate the hat into upcoming pictures…I like the way you’ve done it.

  2. Good thing the TBU is buoyant.

  3. Mac says:

Excellent pics. Love the one on the boom.

  4. Jessie Lou says:

Glad ya’ll like the pics – this is helping me use my new Nikon and get back into photography. Love seeing where the hat goes next!

  5. Jessie Lou says:

I’m wondering if the hat will make it to Chicago!

  6. It’ll be there. BTW, just updated the slideshow with submission from Flyin’ J, Mac, Harmony and TB. I’ve got one from Irv somewhere and I’ll find it and add when I get back from Chicago. I hope to get a shot of MD flashin’ the 1000 yard version of the Blank Stare at one of the landmarks there.

The TBU has now been officially documented visiting Horn Island, MS; Ridgeland, MS; Fuller Lake, CA; somewhere above SC and somewhere else we don’t have the “need to know”; Stone Mountain, GA; Orcas Island and Cape Flattery, WA; Jackson, MS; and Oxford, MS.

BR owes me a shot from Dollywood and the rest of y’all need to either keep or start sending in your shots.

  7. Jessie Lou says:

Great new additions to the slideshow. I’ve got to take the hat somewhere else – I have travel envy!

  8. Oh, I almost forgot….Little Boy submitted some photos from an undisclosed location as well. I’ll get those up next week too.
