I have to agree with your movie choices...best and worst - they are classics through and through.

Nothing beats "Silent Night" sung by a group of 40 first graders. "Away in a Manger" is running a close second. TB you should take plenty of Benedryl before your angel's first Christmas program!!

My vote for best re-make of a Christmas song would have to go to Big Bad Voodoo Daddy for their rendition of "Mr. Heatmiser..."

Favorite treat - peppermint bark and all those cookies!

I love to go see my cousins in their Christmas programs - that always puts me in the right frame of mind. They sing at the top of their lungs! I do most all of my shopping online to avoid having to deal with the crowds.

Favorite Christmas Movie other than what you wrote above - "Scrooged" with Bill Murray
Favorite Song - All I Want For Christmas Is You - Mariah Carey
Favorite Dessert - Kay Moore's Rum Cake or my Chocolate Chip Pie

I just read an interview with Bob Dylan the other day about the Christmas Album, and that song in particular was brought up. I wish I could remember the name of that backing band. It's a band from Texas and they do a lot re-imaginings of songs, according to Dylan their version of Hey Jude is really good.

Also, Dylan's response to a question about rap, which he said he doesn't listen to, "I always like rhyming for rhymings sake." I just thought was a typically cool Dylan answer.
